hey look at that — 200 analogue wednesdays! this last one features the holga, the most dependable little camera that i own, going on 10 years now.
lately, i’ve been frustrated with photography though. the local lab has messed up the development of my negatives a couple of times, and all the small cameras i own have become unreliable. i’ve had to borrow the boy’s big canon ae-1, which is a great camera, but also super heavy to carry around.
any good recommendations of reliable, little analogue cameras?

Eu também uso uma AE-1 e não tenho grandes recomendações de máquinas mais pequenas, mas vê o site Máquinas de Outros Tempos no Porto (maquinasdeoutrostempos.pt). Além de terem uma selecção grande de aparelhos, também têm um laboratório que funciona muito bem. Podes enviar os rolos pelo correio e eles enviam-te as fotos por WeTransfer. Também acho que podes pedir para guardar os negativos, mas não sei se os reenviam pelo correio.

I am probably a little late to the party here, but I wanted to suggest you the Yashica 35 MF camera. It is a camera, not as little as the Holga, but reliable. Only the flash usage is a little different.
Anyway, you may already have found an alternative…
