I’ve been wanting to try some gluten free cupcakes, but coconut flour is impossible to find around here (one portuguese blogger actually orders it from a German online store – gotta try that or Amazon UK :)
@dinis: gluten-free does sound good! our once-a-week cheat days are a disgrace to the diet, we go a bit out of our way to eat bad stuff… :D oh, by the way, the paleo restaurant is really nice! you should come to give it a try and load on coconut flour! :P
These look amazing! Is the green frosting peppermint? I need to start setting myself cheat days instead of making every day a cheat day. I guess that must make them even more enjoyable too. :)
@v: yup, the green frosting is peppermint – paulo likes it a lot! cheat days work nicely for us: we eat everything we don’t eat during the week, make ourselves a little sick, and then forget about crap food until the next cheat day :D
I try to stay away from gluten even when I cheat (and I don’t do it on a scheduled basis), so I do indulge in ice cream :) Peppermint and chocolate, to be specific.
We had cupcakes from there yesterday and I had the same, hot chocolate right? Delicious!
I just stumbled on your blog, I really like it!
