really missing the visual stimulation of islamic architecture. walking down the streets and noticing all the colors and geometric details in the facades.
(by comparison, shanghai is so bland and grey…)
hey. didnt know that you visited putrajaya too :-) to me it’s so much a deserted, quiet wonderland but can suddenly get crowded during events.
putrajaya was not our favourite part of kuala lumpur as well… very contrasting with the rest of the city, you can really tell that it was designed and built from scratch, no history… but it was ok :)
