nordic water peace is a special ben & jerry’s flavour that is only available in nordic countries. it’s their first local flavour, a joint effort with wwf towards the conservation of the baltic sea. from the words of the finnish wwf marine programme manager:
“Achieving good environmental status in the Baltic Sea still requires substantial public outdoor and cooperation of all parties. WWF operates in the Baltic Sea on a number of ways, including through the establishment of wetlands and the training of volunteers. Now everyone can support our work in the Baltic Sea, and even have fun in the way: by eating ice cream!”
it’s actually quite good, very chocolatey and you can barely taste the salty water… :P

I had this delicious ice cream while in Stockholm. I live in NY, and wish they had it over here as well. It is too yummy to not have ever again!!!
